Climbing
Climbing on natural rock, usually in the spectacular Avon Gorge, your Instructors will teach you all aspects of climbing and coach you throughout, building your confidence and developing your techniques enabling you to climb heights you thought not possible. You will learn not just balance and movement but team work as everyone has a part to play.
Indoor climbing centre sessions are also available.
Abseiling

Experience the exhilaration of conquering your fears - this is the ultimate buzz! Perfect for the beginner or the totally insane. Its not the height, its the stepping off the edge thats the hard part. Do you have the bottle for the ultimate trust excercise? This exciting activity is always popular.
Caving
If you fancy taking a peek into the dark and mysterious underground world then let our experienced Instructors light the way. Come and explore under the Mendip Hills, in a cave chosen to suit the ability and age of the group.
Caving is the chance to explore nature in the most hidden places.
Gorge Scrambling
(Combined Water/Rock hillcraft)
For this walk on the wild side, the only thing you need is a "full-on attitude". This is a great activity for all and can be easily adapted to everyones ability.
You will pick up the basic skill of navigation and route selection.
Getting wet is pretty much guaranteed.
